My first layout was right before I did my first MOC. I joined and started a few December challenges to get acclimated.
this is your first ever digi page?! get out! i didn't even know what a drop shadow was when i started - go to the head of the class and that polka paper is awesome -goes to show some designs are timeless
well holy cow look at the shadowing on that flower - see my comment to Liana above, you just overtook her and went to the head of the class
this is my first page here from 10.10.10, i'm pretty sure it was for a challenge with Sahlin Studio 2 days ago, my DS in the photos turned 16 and got his learner's licence
I joined the Lilypad in November 2017. This is my first page here, it was created for the Journaling Challenge
For Sissy Sparrows Cock and Bull challenge, April 16, 2015. It was the two sisters who introduced me to TLP.
I love this thread, @cinna!! So fun to look back and see how far we've all come together! My first is from August 2009:
You're sweet but this just reflects the fact that I don't jump into anything without overthinking. I researched the heck out of digiscrapping and obsessed about layouts I loved at TLP before posting anything. That layout took hours and hours to create because I was overthinking everything. It wasn't fun because I was stressed about getting it to look "perfect." Ha! 13 years (and a lot of mixed media) later, I am learning how to embrace the messy parts about art instead of trying to control everything and having a lot more fun.
First layout posted here - 10/2015! It took me awhile to gather the courage to share even though I'd been lurking for a couple of years by this point!
From May 2012 when @Rachel Jefferies was known as Captivated Visions. I've been fortunate to create for her for many years.
