January 18: Elements on a Path

I thought for a couple of minutes about making my "shape" in the form of a butterfly, but quickly changed to a heart so I'd have the page completed today - "butterfly" was taking way too long to get it to look right!

@Karen, can an element be repeated? I have several that are different but they look the same.

Too bad I'll never be able to print it up - it's permanently saved flattened at 72dpi.
Susan, I would go back into PS and click on the History. Flattening the file was a “step,” so you may be able to step back to the stage the file was in before you flattened it. Just click on the last thing you did (in the list) before the flattening, and the file should revert to the previous state. I had the same thing happen to me when I first started using PS, and I was able to get the layered file back. If you’ve shut down PS since then, it might not work. Doesn’t hurt to try...

BTW-Great layout!

I had already hit save and closed the file. Normally what I do is I save the PSD file. Then I flatten the image, resize to 800x800 72dpi jpg. Then when I close it, I DON"T save it, so it keeps the original layers. Apparently I hit save after flatten. UGH Oh well. What's done is done.

Took a two hour lunch to finish this one today!! :giggle

Thanks for the challenge...pretty sure I have never used this many elements on a page!!

What A Great Challenge!...Love Everyone's Pages Here!...Love This Idea!...I Kind Of Made An Art Journal Layout Page(And Upon Final Inspection)...I Just Hope That You Can See All The 16 Elements That I Continuously Put Around That Large Dark Blue Border...It Had 2 Cut-Out Half Circles Meeting At A Point & I Even Put An Element On The Point To Continue The Element Flow...I Shadowed Each Element For More Impact So You Can See Them Better...Hope This Is O.K....
