Ugly Sweater Run

Journaling: We found a Living Social deal to do the Ugly Sweater Run for half price! The sweater Kendra bought for herself was wool, and so so itchy that she ended up taking the sweater she bought for Jason, and he wore an old christmas sweater he had. We loved all the Christmas inflatables they had decorating Bushnell Park, and enjoyed the DJ’s Christmas music before the race. It was a really cold morning, so we were ready to get going with the 5k! We walked basically the entire thing, but jogged when we saw a cameraman. (Had to keep up appearances!) After the race, we had our complementary beer, and actually got a couple free beers from people who decided not to stick around. (It was raining, so we dont really blame them.) Overall we had a fun morning, but were really happy to be back home where it was warm when all was said & done!
