Rule #1 Central focal point
Rule #2 use ANY Blending or Masking technique - blended the title work and some paper into a brush
Rule #3 Spring colors
Rule #4 at least 1 patterned paper (or 10, lol)
Rule #5 at least one scatter, one paint, and one stitching - 3 items minimum at least one of each
Rule #6 Two alphas or fonts for title
