MOC9 Challenge 1 Blind Scrap!

This was created with pieces from the Lilypad Collab called Bright Side.
I used all the required elements, note there are 2 frames stacked on top of each other to create this look. I chose paint, a leaf, and a bow. The word art says Sassy! And, the tag has the date on it.
