The week's dinners
M: Leftover pizza
T: Hoisin wok, rice and spring rolls
W: Macaroni and sausage
T: Pyttipanna [Swedish traditional fry-up of leftovers] and fried egg
F: Schnitzel, potatoes and pepper sauce
S: Cheese platter
S: Sichuan ground "beef" [vegan], rice and pak choi
FUSK = CHEAT [it says it's 2 kg = 2000 g potatoes in the bag. Noticed it felt a bit light when I got home, it's only 1712 grams INCLUDING the weight of the paper bag!]
Hectic week with lots of work, I work Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The Saturday is really tough, since it's a lot of activities in the culture centre, many of them aimed towards children. It feels like the head is going to explode, due to all the noise. Trying to relax the days I'm not working, hence there's lots of scrapping and yarn going on. On TV both Marko & Irma [Swedish reality show] and På Spåret [Swedish game show] ends. We're celebrating the finale of På Spåret with chips and dip. We also continue with Star Trek. I read a nice book about the 70s, with lots of nostalgic photos. I also continue with the book serie Tre Systrar [Norwegian romance], but I have to set that on side, since I get Markoolio's [Swedish singer] biography, which I had reserved at the library. Christopher O'Regan launches his member channel on Youtube, and have a live chat. It will be great to really dig into the late 1700s. Can't get any nerdier!
