Eater in Spanish is Pascua- in Portuguese Pascoa- Sarita had a book our friend Nikki sent her, it had a recipe for home made base for the pie, so she wanted to do it on her own... we made together the filling with spinach, my mum would put pieces of hard boiled egg but that Easter I remember us making a variant that year, it was an amazing day from start to end!!!
