MOC5 - 23 _ moving day

awww... what a heartfelt page Amanda. So sorry about your move back then, but glad you are closer to your parents. I love the journaling of the "wall" on the torn note paper edge.. that is clever along with the great font. Leaving any home is always tough.. I remember when my parents sold the house I grew up in, {in NY}, in 1988 and moved to FL.. I lived with them for a short time in FL and then moved back to NY being on my own until I married. While the homes with my husband that we moved from never had the same emotional pull as I looked at it as an adventure, the move from my original home was very hard. Then in Nov 2012 my Dad passed away and my brother & I sold the house in FL and it killed me again.. both the homes my parents had I was emotionally tied to. Beautiful page you made although hard, I hope things were better after that. Your perspective from the wall with the furniture and all is terrific. I love to see your composition and scrapping techniques

yes my dear it was hard leaving my house but it was better for us. we are so happy here!! I so understand you thanks for the nice comment @cfile <3

o, minha linda..... menina tu e tao cheia de amor, de talento e de espiritu pra batalhar a vida...as vezes me pergunto porque sera que as pessioas mais maravilhosas dom mundo sao as que mais batalhao.....mas de repente e porqiue a gente tambem tem os momentos mais maravilhosos quando finalemnte eles vem?
nao possi fixar falando o quanto a page e linda, cgheia de poder, de forca e de perfecao....o journaling feito nos pedacos de papel , as shadows maravilhosas..... to assim com a boca aberta sem quere fechar..... amo vc de coracao, vc arrasou completamente. Froggy Faves tem que estar!!!!!!!!!

I am so glad you are happy in your new home. This is such a gorgeous page, full of emotion which you have conveyed so beautifully with your use of elements and journaling on the curled paper. Your beautiful shadow work also gives your page such nice dimension. Love everything about this!
