Those rental companies are definitely bait-and-switch at times. Sometimes they give free upgrades and other times not so much. We had similar situation a couple years ago. The minivan turned out to be convenient for our family to get in and out of (especially since one of my sons was on crutches), but I didn't appreciate them trying to tack on extra charges for their mistake. Anyway, love how your page turned out.
