Congratulations that is some hard work! I'm super impressed and would love to hear what if any tips you found helpful for you with WW. I never make it past about 20lbs. Love the vertical measure here!
@norton94 Thank you! For me, tracking everything I eat is a must. I also make sure to move a lot. I have a desk job so I make sure that I'm up every hour making a lap around my building and I work out 4-5 times a week. I love the fact that I can still eat the things I love, just in moderation. I have never felt cheated out of anything.
