Translation:
We were only 23 years old when we met at Komvux. At first I thought you were a weird guy, but the more I got to know you, I noticed that you were funny and interesting to talk to. You were a bit deep and mysterious, and so very different from my playful and social person. It was you who fell in love first, I had no such thoughts what so ever in the beginning, but I like to spend time with you. I might have been a tiny bit flattered as well. It took a little while, but finally I also understood we were made for each other. In the beginning we played an crazy amount of time playing cards. Sometimes it was just the two of us, but also with other friends. I guess that was how you socialized in the old days, before internet came, and isolated us all in separate bubbles. We've grown up together, and in a way you can say we've grown together. 34 years have soon passed, and we've shaped each other over the years. We've always done everything together. Sure, we're still quite different individuals, but what we have and what we are together has always had first priority. We are more of an "us" than an "I" and a "you". At the same time, we give each other space and time to do what we want. I scrap and knit. You research and write on your book. But we also do things together. Watch movies and TV. Go on trips. But most importantly: we always have each other to talk to. Try our thoughts and ideas. Discuss big and small topic. Help each other to think. You are more important to me than anything else. You carry me. You help me. You are always there. I hope you feel the same. It's a blessing to be lucky enough to be married to your best friend.
