Description
One of the typical small towns in regional New Zealand, frozen in time really

I used painted dots, painted rainbow, text brush x 2, painted leaves, painted lines and handwritten title.

Messy Ink Galore (Personal and CU use OK), Winds of Change kit, Bittersweet brushes, Forage brushes

If the cars were not there I would have thought this was a much much older photo. Frozen in time indeed and what a fab page!!!!
