Love the photo and the magic. I remember those icicles. They were so hard to do and so hard to clean up after. Guess that's why they went by the wayside! I love the kit you chose, too. It goes so well with an older photo.
Icicles!!! My grandma had them and made us put them on strand by strand as well...and we would always end up throwing them too!! I refuse to get them now as an adult Love your layers and the old pic!
