Journaling (233 words):
Covid-19 has had a pretty big impact on everyone. For us, the girls now do all of their schooling at home instead of just 3 days a week. They miss their friends terribly and get to use zoom once in awhile. This pandemic is full of irony. We now have all of this time to spend doing things and enjoying some of the world, yet we’re not allowed to go anywhere, so we have to make the best of it and find our own adventures. We are lucky, in that we own almost 5 acres of beautiful property that the girls can explore, they have been building an amazing tree house with their dad. Softball season was canceled but that just gives the girls more time to practice and learn. Adam is loving working from home, he’s been trying for years to get to work from home and its like a dream come true for him. We’ve also used this time to get our kitchen remodel finished (still a work in progress but all of this time is helpful). We have also been redoing different things around the house, getting organized and decorating.
gas prices and traffic dropped, but you can’t go anywhere so it doesn’t matter.
There are definitely downsides, Harmony and I battled a 101.5+ fever for a week, luckily that was the only symptom we had.
Oh no, I'm glad that you both recovered from your fever. Loved reading your journaling, looking at the positive side of the lockdown. Loved seeing the photos to go along with your journaling and love the design with the bits of pretty floral paper showing in the corners. Great page!
