I hope this message finds you well and in good health. Getting older can be tough, but here’s some advice that might help you cope with it:
- Live your life to the fullest, don’t just exist! As a wise man once said, life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
- Love! Be kind to everyone, including yourself.
- Be grateful! In everything give thanks. Give thanks for all your loved ones. Give thanks for everything God has given you and for the things He hasn’t. He knows what’s best for you!
- Forgive others, but most importantly, forgive yourself. Making bad decisions is a part of life. Learn from your mistakes and move on!
- Don’t waste your time and energy on petty little things. You worry too much! Remember what the important things in life are and focus on them.
- Dream always! Don’t let your dreams die as years go by. Go for them all! Pursue your passions!
- Be curious! Learn something new every day.
- Travel! At least once a year go somewhere you haven’t been before. There’s so much in the world to see!
- Finally, rejoice in the Lord always! Happiness is a choice, so go and be happy
