For Rachel Jefferies December 2020 designer challenge https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threa...ia-challenge-dec-2020-november-winners.74488/
Journaling: The best walks are the unhurried ones, where you have time to notice the snail hanging on the side of a tree you’ve walked by hundreds of times before. He was just there, going about his business while the world hurried by him. I saw him though and had to stop for a minute to admire his pretty shell, the tiny bumps on his skin, the slime trail that was behind him on the tree bark, and his antennae waving in the air delicately. So much of this year has revolved around isolation to keep those around you safe. Sometimes though it is good to be seen and appreciated for you, just the way you are. Bumps, slime and all.

wow i don't know where to start, this background that you have put together with all of the details is just amazing and then that little cute guy .. oh my!! Really made me smile
Thank you so much for playing along and apologies for the length of time it's taken me to comment on your layout. December was a crazy month for me.
@Rachel Jefferies Oh, no problem - you were pretty fast, at least for my page. I just made and posted that page last night because I finally had time to scrap it The holidays are special and lots of fun, but I find the whole month a bit exhausting too I hope your daughter is feeling better now!
I like the analogy of the snail and taking your time. Plus you had a photo of one! Enjoyed reading your journaling, you used that white space on the paper effectively!
