What a fun, happy page, Sharon! I love those waves, the collaged lace, the cute cloud. I also love the sea, although what is closest to me is fresh water (Lake Michigan).
I am fascinating by those that want to be by the sea most of all. I like to visit, but its not my preferred nature spot. Although shell hunting is quite pleasurable.
Your color scheme is spot on...the blue sprays of water, the patch of white representing white sandy beaches and shells, and the bright orange paper representing the sun.
