With my children's medical condition requiring 24hr care, sleep deprivation is a daily reality to different degrees. Although it was this bad last week, fortunately it's not that bad every day.

I agree about sleep deprivation, Angela. I have severe sleep disorder and have had it since I was a child. The only way I can fall asleep is to stay up very late until I'm about to hit the wall. Then I fall into bed and go to sleep within 15 to 30 minutes. I know you probably can't do that.
Oh man...having kids is sleep deprivation enough...I can't imagine having to deal with medical issues on top of that. Keep it up momma...you're doing an amazing job!!
