Quirky

For the journaling challenge I used Scrapping with Liz's MBC April 2019 Template and Quirky Patterns and Backgrounds, Elements and Quirky So transparent Cards from Allison Pennington.

I thought I was ready for this empty nest. I mean that’s the whole point of being a good mother is that you raise well-adjusted adults that live independently and flourish. I miss you though when you’re away, I know that you are doing fine and loving your time in res, the day to day camaraderie, and the friendships you build now can be lifelong treasured relationships. The peace and quiet I once longed for is now my everyday and while I enjoy it, I love it even more when you’re home, making a mess and chatting up a storm.
