Translation:
Living with mental health issues isn't anything that will ever pass. I've learned to handle it, learnt how to get up again and again and again. The pits gets shallower, and I climb up with more and more ease, but I'm always living with the knowledge that I will fall down again. I've learned that no matter how dark it is in this exact moment, I will feel better tomorrow. Or the next day.
I love your photo blended into the torn paper. Your entire page is so powerful and amazing, showing your struggle. Sending you a big hug and wishing you immense strength to face these challenges.
beautiful page Eva and love that torn photo mask. Sending hugs and strength. So glad you know how to manage your issues and glad you know you will feel better in the next day or so with time. I love the papers and layers here.. the shadows are fabulous too.. well done! An extra hug!
Congrats on the Froggy Fave! Well deserved! That ripped photo and grungy background/elements effectively convey your message. You may only be held together with washitape, but you’ve got it together, and it’s holding. This communicates a persistent strength, albeit fragile, in the face of a constant menace.
