What's new
Boy! Can't we all relate to that! Love your big title, your mappy background, the silverware and other fun elements on the side!

Ha.. Love your page Carol and love the HMV template paired with Immersed kit.. perfect pairing like a fine wine and a great dinner :) so glad you were able to finally get to the restaurant.. My hubby doesn't like GPS so we do not use it.. he is a map man and generally if we are going someplace we have never been we do maps the old way lol and I become the navigator to read and spot the signs. I find GPS is awful when there is a road closure etc ... I am with you... the pairing of all these things these days. I am a dinosaur and have no clue how. Hubby paired my phone to our car but rarely do I use my phone in the car .... technology as you said is wonderful when it works, but for me the older I get, the more I do not understand! I love your page here with the city map drawing, the silverware, the paint and that amazing large title. Glad at the end of the day you found where you wanted to go and enjoyed your dinner! Well done! Thank you for playing along with the May "It Happens" challenge!

Fantastic memory keeping. I love the feeling your kit choices evokes, the blue/grey vibes set the tone. Great eye catching title work and fabulous journaling. I feel your frustration. Glad you finally got to your dinner and enjoyed it.

Love the journaling, great storytelling! My dh handles all that technical stuff and I would be lost without him. I really like the use of the immersed kit (I have that on my wishlist). I also really like your layering and especially the cutlery. Wonderful page!

Oh my, I love this layout. A story jumps to mind. It's almost been two months since the only available vehicle in our household is my husband's Honda CRV. Each time I get in to drive, I try to solve one of the problems (and a few others) you have listed, and I still am not able to hear either my audiobook or GPS directions via the car's speakers. I was sure that the new USB A to USB C cable would solve the problem and was so frustrated when my Saturday Amazon delivery was that of an EMPTY package. Alas, that new cord was not the answer. My new car is scheduled to arrive in 10 days, it may be here before I solve this problem. Thanks for sharing and helping me see this saga in a new light.

Well, that’s one way to solve the problem, just go out and get a new car! Tee hee. I hope it works for you!

I feel the secondhand frustration so strongly with this! Nothing quite like tech issues to drive you mad. I do use google maps a lot but also miss paper maps a bit :-)
