I love your layout and your message! Such a great take on journaling... one of my friends said once, if she doesn't get it down on paper, she doesn't revisit it in her head unless she is with friends or family... she said; "I never go up there alone."
Lots of good advice as well as your own history in the struggle of expressing yourself. I love honest journaling that tells it like it is right now. Our thinking changes over time and/or we forget so much. Lovely layout.
