@Aerobigirl, hello neighbor. I might be closer to PNWP than you are. I've never been but I do go to Studio Blue in NW (I can walk there if I'm not running errands afterwards which became a pandemic habit). Anyway I love your layout, all the words caught my eye today which is a bit of serendipity also. Great colors.

@BLKinOR Hello, neighbor! I had a job offer at Studio Blue a few years ago, when they were opening their second location! It was too far for me to drive to the other side of the river, though. If you're in West Hills to drop down on Studio Blue, you're probably a little closer than I am. I'm in Bethany, which is still pretty close.

@Aerobigirl, I'm actually on 14th Avenue so in the city, so opposite direction to you. Delightful to find you!

@BLKinOR You are next to one of my favorite restaurants! We love Piazza Italia, which I think is very close to 14th if not right on it, and my friend owns Cool Moon next door. It's nice to meet a neighbor!

@Aerobigirl, ditto on both Piazza Italia & Cool Moon. Bought Hamilton tickets for my daughter's family as a Christmas present. (Experiences over objects is my goal at this point!) After the matinee a few weeks ago, we enjoyed both places.
