      First off, that's an adorable photograph. Second, I love your light treatment for it on the layout, with the tape in the upper left corner balancing off the black and white photo, the black and white letters and lines of writing in the bottom right corner. And the chevrons don't distract at all from the picture because you've edged all the color in that (red, blue) toward the photo!
