Description
Created for the April Art Journal Muse Week 3 at The Lilypad. This is a scraplift of Inspire by Rhonda @RJMJ.

For the photo, I used the Quick Selection tool to choose the part of the photo I wanted to use and then copied it out using Control+J. I then set the Blend Mode to Linear Dodge.
