@StefanieS , thanks for asking... it wasn't exactly sad, just something uncomfortable to go through in order to get a giagnosis. Now that it's confirmed that I suffer from obstructive sleep apnea, I have a cpap machine and my sleep has improved and everything else too (lacking sleep has an impact on pretty much everything in one's life & health).
What an awesome scraplift. I agree totally with fatigue and lack of sleep impacting every part of one's life. Thank you for choosing my layout to scraplift.
Glad all is ok and you are doing well otherwise.. my problem with sleeping through the night is tied to menopause and the sweats... ugh LOL.. Glad though you got the diagnosis and have the CPAP machine to assist you in getting a good night sleep now. I love your lift. Well done!
@cfile don't get me started on menopause... I hope you get to sleep better soon and that the night sweats will soon be a distant (and unpleasant) memory !!
I really am not that huge a fan of this time in my life.. hopefully in a couple of years, once a new balance is found I'll be able to laugh about it, but right now I just feel off.
@Pheeebzzz it will be okay.. some of us have it longer than others.. I was told it should only be a 10 year issue... ummm now on year 17 lol. I refuse to take hormones so I just deal with it.. hope you get relief soon my dear!
