I'm sorry you had to go through that. My son has epilepsy and we do routine sleep studies in the hospital just about every year. I love your page design and the great use of that alpha for the title. The touches of page on the background add a bit of drama.
@LoveItScrapIt the alpha is actually a Scrapping with Liz's cut file that I then used a Mommyish Sticker Style on (it's something I don't do enough of so figured I would challenge myself to use two things I don't normally)
I've often wondered if I had to do a sleep study if I'd ever fall asleep! I'm glad you got a diagnosis and it's now under control! What a perfect mix of product to document your diagnosis! I especially love the paint in the background and your title work!
@SeattleSheri falling asleep wasn't easy but I at least got sleep, a few months down the track my mum had to do sleep testing as well and they got so little data from both the home sleep test and the in hospital one they had a tough time making any diagnosis
Love your page so much (and I also can relate to your journey since I have been diagnosed with obstuctive sleep apnea too) that I lifted it (very closely) for the Nowember 2023 scraplift challenge. Glad to read that your situation is well under control, using a cpap machine has made a huge difference for me.
