Wonderful job with this Cath - I hope it was helpful to you to get it down on paper, so you can move forward and find the change you want. It took a lot of courage, and you are brave and strong to have scrapped this!!
 
Love how you journaled in this diary of sorts . . . you are so brave to put your feelings down and then share them will all of us. Just so you know, I have feelings like this quite a bit . . . and what helps me is to stop thinking about the nothing I think I've become and list at least one thing that is happy. Depending on the day, the one thing I might find is that I have a cup of fizzy Diet Pepsi! At any rate, I just wanted to let you know you are not alone and I pray that your time to click comes soon!

Very brave to do this and put it out for use to read/see, Cath. We all have been there one point in our lives, I did. I hope this New Year brings you lots of positivity :)
 
Great design, although the journaling is sad. However, I believe there are positive things that for the time being are covered up by the negative. I think most of us have been there. Take one day at a time, and before you know it, things will have changed for the better. :)
