11e verjaardag - MOC Nine - Jan 21 - Birthday challenge

The word "verjaardag" is the Dutch word for "birthday"
Since my previous layout didn't meet the requirements, I changed the number and wrote about my brother in laws' birthday last year. It was the day our country went into lockdown and the restaurants closed. We had to cancel all our plans and wanted to celebrate on a later date. Now, almost a year later, it seems like we are still in the same situation.

Another gorgeous page from you, Sarah. I love that you are celebrating 11 years of digital scrapbooking. You are hugely talented, and have grown so much as a digital artist. You put your heart into your pages, and it shows. Congrats on 11 years of this amazing hobby. I consider it a blessing to call you friend for most of those 11 years.:beat

I love your take on the challenge - very different from the usual baloons and happy birthday thing... Great job at taking the challenge you aren't ready for and making it so uniquely yours!!! Oh, and that word in Dutch just makes you want to take a closer look.. Love how your page is full of elements yet it doesn't look crammed.
