Essentials
Today I want to remind you about the essentials section in the store, and also to show you some of my personal essentials.
The essentials section was initially created for those people new to digital scrapbooking to start with a good foundation of products that they will use for a long time in a lot of different ways because we all know how daunting it can be when you first start, and trying to find products that are good value for money. There are almost 100 alphas, papers and element packs that will stand the test of time and trends. Some of my favorites in the essentials section
I have used these for digital and hybrid pages,
both in full 12×12 and reduced in size.
So versatile, with gorgeous shadows, or not if you prefer.
A classic staple for anyone’s stash.
All Scratched Up no.1 by One Little Bird.
A subtle way to add some flair and pop to any page, or photo.
Strings, Ribbons & Yarns, oh my! by Amber Clegg.
One of the best ribbon stashes, ever! I especially love the tabs.

I use white backgrounds for almost every layout
and I love the texture of these!
The Toolbox Collection v1 by Heather Hess.
The best font collection around! A great start to your collection.
I bought these a long time ago, even before
Amber was at the Lilypad and they have been
my go to date stamp for many layouts. I just love these!
Free Spirit Alpha by CD Muckosky
One of my most favorite alphas. Again I purchased this before CD
came to the Lilypad. It’s one of the best purchases I have ever
made and I’m sure it will be for you too.

A fabulously realistic staple pack. A must have!
Simple Journalers Pack 1 by Gina Miller
Great for layouts, hybrid and Project Life.
Great to use with instagram pictures.
Pagekraft Papers by One Little Bird
When I’m not using a white background,
it’s kraft and these are my favorite!
I have been with the Lilypad for quite some time now and have some products that are personal favorites that I keep coming back to. I have a favorites folder so I can find them easily. I have been known to buy a kit just for 1 or 2 elements or papers that really stand out to me, I’m sure I’m not the only one! So here are my favorite kits, alphas, papers and element packs.
Stax on- chevron by Kaye Winiecki
This is such a unique and fun collection of chevron elements.
I especially love the mist sprays and the felt pieces.
I have used the cloud and sun elements in this pack many times
and they look gorgeous printed out for hybrid use.
Make your own alpha 9 (CU) by Lili
As the name suggests this is Lili’s 9th version of her make your own alpha series and my favorite (so far). These alphas are great for making your own alpha to coordinate with any kit or use your favorite papers.
One of my all time favorite element packs. These make it so easy to
create a quick realistic layered look and they look great under photos.
Little Pockets by Valorie Wibbens
Val has a few pocket products, but these are my favorites!
I have used elements from this kit on many
occasions. I love the swirl and the bright flowers.
These are such fun to use, as stamps or stickers.
Fresh by One Little Bird and Sahlin Studio
Two of my favorite designers and a gorgeous color palette,
what’s not to love about this kit. There are also coordinating
cluster packs with all the work done for you.

Micheline has some great color combos and the 80s girl in me just loves this kit!
Puddle Jumpers Kraft no1 by Amy Wolff

two of my favorite layouts and I still love them.
For me a good background stamp
will add something special to any layout.

Val’s kits are always colorful and jam packed with
so many cool things and this is a favorite of mine.

So many cool funky stamps that can be used in a variety of ways.

together? Great color palette for any subject or occasion.

A collection of gorgeous and versatile bits and pieces.

A great set of date elements, not just for Christmas.
These would be great for Project Life as well.
My most favorite stitch of all time is from a now
retired kit from Gina Miller. And it’s in this pack!

A great, subtle realistic looking alpha.
Spa Bubbles Paper by Amber Clegg
A sweet paper pack with so many possibilities.

cutout look that is hot in paper scrapping right now.
Kate has doodles for just about every subject
matter you could possibly need, this is one of my
favorites because everyone has a family, right?

We all know that Sara’s templates are amazing
and a sure way to get any scrapper out of a rut,
but these just rock my world! I can’t get enough of them.
