We are right in the middle of MOC at The Lilypad and the Gallery is hopping. I am so enjoyed all of the inspiration I have found there this month, and every month. And it really got me thinking about how very different we all choose to scrap the same type of events… so different, and yet somehow the same. Our individuality in our scrapping, as in our lives, is what makes us who we are and I am always interested to see how others think about similar things. Let me show you…
In the United States, our football season is wrapping up. The Super Bowl teams have been decided and the countdown has begun. So, I decided to use that as the springboard to check out Football pages in the gallery. It’s fascinating!
This is the most recent one posted by lvancura. It highlights this great large photo with an extra photo of the ball carrier (presumably related to lvancura, hehe). It’s simple and masculine and tells the story with both words and the photo.
And here’s one from Anne of Alamo, also a personal page. This page is filled with painted messiness and yet is just a poignant and is also as brilliant in telling the story.
This football page by Brandi is clean and simple. Not a lot of words, but showing the fierceness of the game in that wonderful photo just the same.
How about documentation of the multiple, seemingly endless practices? This is so fun from Anne again.
Then there is this general “love of Football” page that I created.
I love this one from NancyBeck. A perfect balance between a great photo and wonderful journaling. Love this composition and page.
And finally, don’t forget to show off your favorite teams! Being a fan is fun. These pages prove that! This great page is perfect for this time of year, with FarrahFobling showing a love for her Pro Team.
And staciahall seems to be a Dolpins fan.
How about a Shout Out to your favorite player? This is super fun from dotcomkari (sorry for your recent loss).
And don’t forget College! The season may be over, but the memories can last forever… if you scrap them.
This great page from Krista tells a fun fan story.
And apparently gonewiththewind is a Bama fan… who knew?
This is just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many ways to scrap something you love or do. I am so thankful to have the TLP Gallery for inspiration!
Now, go on and scrap. Enjoy the rest of your MOC ride!
