College Hunting! (& being thankful)

I know some of you have already been through this with your older kids, some of you are anticipating it this year, while others have it far in their kids’ future–college hunting! Not to mention high school graduation, senior year and all its stuff, too.  This Thanksgiving Break I’ve been carting my daughter to several colleges and universities.  It’s exhausting! But at the same time, exciting. It’s also weird seeing the college hunting from the OTHER side. Last time, I was the student looking at universities. So weird.  ◊

Y’all are probably wondering what this has to do with all the holiday almost upon us? It’s simple, really. Our teens have their lives ahead of them, they’re getting through high school to graduation and the best times in their lives are heading straight for them! It’s exciting, it’s scary, it’s wonderful!
