Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. Oh baby
It’s fall yall! So many yummy things happen at this time of the year – like fuzzy socks, boots and I just start to crave soul warming foods like soups and well…muffins. Pumpkin muffins even. And shame on me – I didn’t even realize these have chocolate chips in them.
Ok that’s a total lie. The minute I decided to make them I knew I was going to dump a ton of chocolate chips in there. It didn’t even have a chance man!
used the awesome Now & Then kit here:

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
3/4 C SUGAR
1/4 C OIL
2 EGGS
3/4 C CANNED PUMPKIN
1/4 C WATER
1 1/2 C FLOUR
3/4 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP CLOVES
1/2 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
1/2 C SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
They require about 30 minutes and are pretty straight forward. I DO NOT DO complicated anything yall.
If you’re not a big chocolate fan, you could tell chocolate to sit the bench and tell chopped apples to suit up for the job.
