Family. Believe me, I totally know how family can be a source of stress. There can be so many ups and downs with family, but let's focus on the positive instead... the family moments you can be thankful for. Do you have a challenging family member? Try to find the best compliment you can give about them... that is a gratitude moment right there. Think about the times you pull together as a group and overcome tough times. There is immediate family and also extended family. Are you lucky enough to have both? Do you have some great family stories that make you smile every time you think about them? Family traditions?
