Monthly Muse July 2017 - Week 3

Welcome to the Art Journaling Monthly Muse!

Muse:
verb: to reflect deeply on something
noun: the source of artistic inspiration

This weekend I went lo-tech and just made stuff with my hands, so I apologize if you have asked a question and I have not answered it yet - I will get on that as soon as I have some brekke and coffee - but since I am on the West Coast and many of you are already up and about - I wanted to go ahead and post this for you all!

This week our quote board was inspired by friendship.
Any and every kind of friendship you can think of.



Val of Little Butterfly Wings released a Collab with Studio Basic just last Friday highlighting Friendship (purely coincidence, I totally did not tell her my plan - but HEY - Win Win!!) and I totally had to play with it given my topic for the week - so I ended up making two pages, because how can you resist those doodles!!





So that is it! Have at it and let me see how friendship inspires you!

And remember, you can also use your own quotes if you like - or is the quotes or topic do not inspire you, let the graphics, typography or other visual elements on the quote board inspire you - just tell us what your inspiration it!

NOTE:
Available still are the template set from Scrapping with Liz if you decide to go the "Skinny" route, but of course you don't have to you could make a full page. If you do decide to go for the Skinnies but haven't got the template from last month, you can find the templates available HERE. In addition Christa created one cool triangle template that you could use (Christa's awesome template is HERE).

We will draw a winner at the beginning of next month, even more incentives for your inspiration! You can use any products in The Lilypad store, make sure you follow our gallery guidelines.

And yes, I just realized I totally have the same quote on there twice, lol! Sorry about that, it is what happens when a four year old insists on "helping" when you are making the graphics. But the typography and the presentation are a bit different - so lets just use it as inspirations!!
