Hi: I purchased the subscription in September and got September's kit without issue. Then, I lost track of time (been super busy at work) and just realized when reviewing statements that the payments came out in October and November, but I haven't downloaded the kits. I found the link in the store for October and November kits. However, when I put them in my cart, they don't zero out. Help?
Hey there! You might want to start a ticket with Customer Service and I'm sure they will get you sorted out quickly. Just go up to the top blue bar and click Contact Us.
I've sent those kits through to your account. You can find the downloads in both your order history and they will be in your email box shortly as well. Thanks for subscribing to CCM!
