Sit Back & Relax (M3 January 2016) is my gentle reminder to slow down — to breathe, unclench your shoulders, and let the noise fade for a moment. It’s about finding calm in the middle of the mess, choosing softness when everything feels loud, and allowing yourself to just be.

This bundle brings together all my add-ons and my parts from the main M3 kit, blending soothing shades of teal, aqua, soft peach, warm neutrals, and earthy accents with layered textures, hand-drawn doodles, paint, and expressive mixed media details. It’s a cozy creative space for documenting self-care moments, quiet routines, mental health check-ins, reflection, and the small pauses that help us reset and reconnect with ourselves.
