About Mirth:
'Mirth' is one of those timeless words that captures a special kind of joy, especially when it's shared with others. Historically, it goes back to Old English ("myrgth") and is linked with the concepts of merriment, enjoyment, and celebration, often used to describe festive gatherings or hearty laughter. It’s the kind of joy that isn’t loud or flashy, but more lighthearted and even playful, a feeling of being truly present in a happy moment.
In everyday life, mirth might look like small, joyful rituals—gathering with friends, sharing a laugh, decorating a space to feel cozy and inviting, or enjoying a beautiful winter landscape. It's present in the tiny details that bring us happiness, like the sparkle of frost on a branch, a warm cup of cocoa, or a quiet moment by the fire. It can even be found in those familiar, comforting sounds of the season: laughter, music, the crunch of snow, or the quiet rustling of trees in winter.
