Furusato solids

Furusato is a Japanese word, meaning something as “hometown”, but it refers more to the place where your heart belongs, where you feel most at home.

“My hometown… was always there, at all times, unchanging. What I think… is not that we go back to our hometowns, but that someday our hometowns come back into each of our hearts.” – Jirō Taniguchi

Furusato [Solid Papers]  contains 12 mainly uni colored backgrounds. All papers have different textures. These were created using old books, vintage pages, paint, coffee stains, cloth and wrinkled papers.
