Bokeh overlays no. 4 [City version] CU – contains 7 high quality colored overlays that can be used for your digital scrapbooking kits for sale. These mimic street lights, light from traffic, neon signs, etc. These are perfect for making papers, but are also fun to create transfers or highlights on accents or elements. All overlays are saved at the size of a standard 12×12″ scrapbook paper, but please note that 2 overlays do not cover the entire space (but are saved as 12×12 for easy layering).
