Bokeh overlays no. 3 [mix] CU – contains 8 high quality colored overlays that can be used for your digital scrapbooking kits for sale. These mimic party lights, fire works, snow and rain reflections and more. These are perfect for making papers, but are also fun to create transfers or highlights on accents or elements. All overlays, but one (‘fireworks’ is a little smaller) have the size of a standard  standard scrapbook paper (12×12″), but all are saved as a 12×12 inch transparent file for easy layering. See detailed preview for what is included.
