A digital scrapbooking collection by Rachel Jefferies and Studio Basic Designs, Silent Battles: Negative Thoughts is a beautiful collection in striking monochrome with splashes of pink, orange and bold yellow, full of meaningful wordart, aesthetic ephemera, worn & scribbled textures that will help you to express and articulate your feelings of anxiety and negativity.

Scrapping and journaling are how we choose to make ourselves heard and are our tools of self-expression.  Feeling overwhelmed, and being unfairly self-critical are feelings we all face at some time, though for some of us, it can be an ongoing battle to quiet that very unhelpful inner voice that causes us to doubt and question our ourselves over and over.

Let Silent Battles: Negative Thoughts help you to quiet your mind and work through the self-doubt. Working our problems out creatively has to be one of the most cathartic things we can do for ourselves.

Included are 92 elements and a strong blocked alpha (A-Z, numbers 0-9 and some symbols), 16 Mixed Media Papers and 9 washed solid papers, an eclectic collection of these designers signature-styled stamps, inky doodles, paint and more in a mixed media pack comprising of 30 elements plus a pack of 28 word strips.

Elements are saved in PNG format and papers saved in JPG format. All items were created and saved at 300 DPI for optimum print results.
