Yes! I found a you-tube video of one of the Swinger's commercials. It sure looks like Ali MacGraw in it...

You probably weren't born yet. LOL. My uncle bought it for me possibly for my grade school graduation in 1967 since that is earliest dated photo I can find. Pics were in black and white and high contrast. They had a catchy jingle, "Meet the Swinger, Polaroid Swinger...". Since you posted this I can't get that jingle out of my head.
