How many of you remember Polaroid pictures? Remember shaking that Polaroid picture to see if everything showed up? Do you remember having to stay in place until the picture came up in case we needed to take a second one? I loved shaking that little piece of plastic until, just like magic, the picture came up! Every time I see layouts with Polaroid (or instant) frames it is an automatic love at first sight! I think it take us to that happy place in our memories when things were always fun and maybe goofy, a place that was FULL OF LOVE!

This time around in Why It Works it's all about those Polaroid frames! There are hundreds of pages in our gallery with these from the white one to colored one. They work because they pull your heart and your memories to a time precious to you. I want you to show me your pages using these awesome frames. Here are two super cool pages I grabbed from the gallery by: @Serena and @appellief

    Here is mine:

Polaroid frames can be as easy as one provided in a kit, like these:

Polaroid frames can be easily found as sets, like these:
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
You could create your own Polaroid frames using shapes:
Or even use a template that has Polaroid frames to create your own, like these:

Love using Polaroid frames. Great examples.

Here's a couple where I used Polaroid frames:

Lol, that title is awesome. Love me some polaroids! My eyes tell me I need one of those cute Polaroid Instax cameras - or one of the printers ... but really it's just another thing to collect dust and take up space in my office. But they are so cute ... :)

I used little polaroids on this one:

    and this page:

and even did a monthly planner page awhile back with tiny little polaroids:

They are so fun and cute!

Heyo! One I've done! A lot!

It almost physically pains me to put a photo on a page without a frame. :scared

Here's a page where I used doodly frames with papers clipped in:

And this one is specifically a polaroid looking frame:

And an oldie but a goodie with a polaroid frame:

@MrsEm Sometimes all you need is a frame to completely get your groove going on a page~

I have one but then they stopped producing the film... Now they started again, not sure if the film out there would fit in it anymore :)

My grandpa bought one when they were pretty unique. We always hated waiting for them to dry. LOL

I don't think I have ever seen those!

My MIL made us wait in the same "POSE" until she was sure it was ok.

You probably weren't born yet. LOL. My uncle bought it for me possibly for my grade school graduation in 1967 since that is earliest dated photo I can find. Pics were in black and white and high contrast. They had a catchy jingle, "Meet the Swinger, Polaroid Swinger...". Since you posted this I can't get that jingle out of my head.
