Here is a new one from me: Instructions from PSCC 1-I opened my photo and made a copy of it. 2- I de saturated my photo and made a copy of that. 3- I changed the blend to Color Dodge. 4-I did a control I to invert it. 5- I selected Filter-Other-Minimum with a R of 3 px. 6- I selected the 1st de saturated layer and added a curves adjustment layer to increase contrast. When I was happy, I merged my two de saturated layers and added a layer mask and masked in some of the color from my original photo at about 30% opacity.
I decided to play around with a few older layouts and see how the sketch technique transformed them. Here's one example. Before the sketch: After the sketch: I love how the sketch emphasizes the lines in the photo to match the lines in the template.
