And are you still watching all.the.snow coming down?? My best guess is I'm at about 37 hours straight of falling snow. And it's still falling. And honestly? I'm loving it!
Enjoy.. you can keep it Julie.. I love seeing it, but I prefer the 78 degree weather we had on Friday.... It is 30 here on the Va East Coast.. I can't wait to see your photos!!
Not in the PNW and no snow but I'm okay with that cuz we've got a bday party today. I'd hate to have weather messing with our plans. ENJOY your snow! Can't wait to see all the photos in your snowy fun pages!
Totally jealous! I love snow (and cold weather), so of course I live in the south where we rarely get either.
Y'all enjoy that snow up there in the PNW!! And keep it there I might like snow more if we didn't get much. I was really enjoying the couple of days last week that we were at 75! Now it's 30 again, but at least not snowing!
Cold here right now with snow coming in this afternoon although our forecast is not anywhere near what you've got!
Wow, that is some snow! We are still melting through February here, but the days are getting shorter so that means Winter is coming, right?
@mrs2a50 Wow! How are the pups liking it? My dog loves the snow. He will roll around in it for hours.
I agree - you can have it! We're supposed to get a wintery mess here the next few days (No. VA), anything from rain to sleet to ice to snow. Yuck.
The dogs are indifferent. They're just happy now that the wind has stopped they can go out back and hang out a bit. They're not much into rolling or running in it but they have cabin fever! Winds were 20-40 mph most of yesterday which caused all the drifts.
Yeah, it's Snowmagetton/Snowpocolypse in Seattle! I traveled to Boston on Monday and my flight was delayed 6 hour. Seatac is not equipped for inclement weather. On Friday when I was returning from NYC, as we were approaching the runway at Seatac, we circled the airport a few times and even had a couple of instances where the landing gear came down only to go up again. Ultimately, we got diverted to Portland after they closed the airport and the flight was canceled. I ended up getting a flight from PDX to SEA the next morning. I left Manhattan at 11:30am PT on Friday and didn't get home until 9am PT on Saturday! 22 hours of travel, sigh, and not a minute of sleep from 4am on Friday! Getting home from the airport was also a white-knuckle experience, thankfully there were not a lot of vehicles on the road. We still have about 8-9 in of snow.
It's been snowing here just about all day in NE Wisconsin. I'm ready for winter to be over; I don't care how pretty it looks.
My dog won't go out and do his business unless we shovel a place but then again his little short legs causes his neither parts to be in the snow. That is some amazing snow drifts and honestly you can keep the snow.
