Probably most of us are hanging out here, shopping, chatting or scrapping up a storm I'd imagine but what are your plans this weekend or if you're in the future like me, what have you done already?

What are your plans this weekend or if you're in the future like me, what have you done already?

I know my weekend hasn't been quite what I envisaged a few weeks ago or even a week ago but I made peace with that so I'm making the best of the situation now. Basically a few weeks ago my computer broke so while I'd hoped to have taken it to the repair shop and have it fixed by now, life has meant it's ended up on the back burner until next week so there's no scrapping for me. My plans so far have been chatting & leaving love in the gallery and maybe, just maybe masquerading as someone else occasionally. In terms of what else I've achieved so far.....been to pick up my package with the summer camp mug in it from the post office, did groceries, watched some sport, had a nap. Plans for the rest of the weekend, box up my computer, submit the service request to the computer repair shop & continue to hang out here.

My plans for the weekend have been to watch some mindless TV while scrapping and commenting on the onslaught of pages in the gallery! I am really enjoying the .gif Game in the forum! Oh my goodness, it has had me chuckling out loud with the responses to the art pieces. The chats have been fun...30 minutes goes by so fast. The new chat room is DELIGHTFUL.

And for those who don't know, I was recently asked to join the Gallery Standouts Blog team, so I'll be posting my first picks on SUNDAY!!! I'm excited and nervous! I have church tomorrow, too, so that will get me out of the house for a bit, but right now, I'm off to see all the pretties in the gallery!

We are on our way home from apple picking...in shorts!! Unreasonably warm here!

Rest of the weekend...i told husband and child...I will be neglecting them bc DSD!!

@littlekiwi So sorry to hear about the computer troubles. That is never fun. Have you ever tried photopea? No install as it runs in your browser and is totally free. It works a lot like Adobe Photoshop. I use it when I am not on my PC.

@scrapchyck Congrats! Have fun - there are SOOO many beautiful pages to pick from! I don't envy you hehe!

@jagruti patel Yay for apple picking! We picked pears from our pear tree but we don't have any apple trees planted yet. It certainly is chilly here...last night it was in the 40s so pretty chilly this morn. What is your normal seasonal temp for this time of year?

I have a chimney repairman coming to clean & repoint our chimney Monday so there will be some sprucing up of the house this weekend. We pick up more hay for our cow today so there will likely be stacking of said hay. Other than that I am snuggled under my heating blanket and just catching up on scrapping.

I told my family that I wouldn't be available today... spending it on my laptop scrapping... and that is just what I've done. Four layouts made so far, and a little shopping done too. Now to upload everything.

I'm hanging out, scrapping, leaving some love and just generally enjoying DSD. This afternoon, DH and I are going to the movies to see The Baltimorons (independent film, rom-com). Then out to dinner probably.

I did have a tiny play with it on my computer when @bellbird did a blog post on it but as I'm on my phone it's not worth the frustration plus I don't have access to any photos or product anyway

mostly DSD here at the Lilypad for me this weekend. The exception is some family stuff, and church Sunday morning.

OMG! Congrats on the blog team!!

It's usually sweater weather by now. We always joke that we can't turn on the heat until Canadian Thanksgiving. This year we could turn on the AC. Shorts and apple picking is weird!

I had a good hike with my friend this morning. Then I did some food prep for the coming week. I ate my delicious lunch of a homemade lentil veggie patty on a bakery roll while watching Kara and Nate, my favorite travel vloggers. Now I'm going to hang out in the forum a bit and do the speed scrap. The rest of the weekend will include more food prep, another walk with a different friend, reading, and, Sunday evening, grumbling that weekends are not long enough.

My husband is out of town this weekend helping a friend fix his septic system at a cabin a couple hours North of us, so I have the house completely to myself. Wheee! :giggle I did a chat last night and have been playing some of the fun game. Looking forward to the scavenger hunt chat tonight too. It's my Mom's bday so I went and visited my parents this morning and helped her clean out one of the over crowded upstairs bedrooms in her house. Then I got groceries. Now I think I'll head to my craft room to play.

Thank you! Yeah, it's a tough gig! Too many choices, especially THIS weekend...the galleries are overflowing!

I spent Friday traveling from Vermont to New York with a stop in Albany. Then this morning I woke up outside Buffalo, traveled thru Pennsylvania and back home to Ohio. I've picked the dog up from the kennel, have everything unpacked and got to watch the end of a football game that my cousin's son is on the coaching staff. His team won!

Now I'm just checking what I've missed the last week and will settle in to watch Ohio State football tonight. Plan to sleep in tomorrow since the 6 a.m. wake ups all week are not my regular time! I'll worry about laundry on Monday.

No scrapping this weekend though.

Yesterday involved a lot of cleaning, today I'm feeling the daylight savings change (for our state) & I'm struggling & the sun's too bright & the birds outside are too chirpy for how I'm feeling

I have been there! I like it a little on the gloomier side.

You are going to knock it out of the park... I have no doubt!!

As for me...it seems like DSD weekend always turns out to be way too busy for me to really enjoy everything that's going on, but I'm doing my best. Tomorrow we are headed to my grandson's 9th birthday party, but after that I hope to relax some!
