Waiting for biopsy results...aaargh

I'm sorry that you have to wait a little longer before your plan of action is in place. It's tough to have a partial answer and still have to wait for action. Continued prayers for you both.

Waiting is always the hard part, once you know for sure you can move on and adjust.....hugs!

Waiting can be such a breeding ground for worry, can't it? Lifting prayers for peace for you both in these times of uncertainty and wondering and waiting. And praying even more for a positive prognosis and a return to health when the specifics come to you. :beat

Finally had a call from Dr. and he still needs more info from the Pathologist though it is cancer in the lymph gland. But whether it is a more likely treatment by surgery or radiation and/or chemo will probably not be determined immediately. So we wait for an opinion from this Thoracic Surgeon/Oncologist and both of the two new ones we see on Monday. Trusting the process but realizing how hard it still is to wait! I can only shake my head at my humanness. :eyeroll
Thanks for the update, let's hope it's the least invasive kind possible! Big hugs!!

Cancer is curable these days. I am proof of that. My Mom had three kinds of cancer and she lived to age 90. It wasn't cancer which ended her life. I have another friend who has lymphoma and he is doing well five years later. Hang in there and try to have hope, as scary as it is.
