You have a very good routine Anne-Marie. I like to eat spinach smoothies so I should start throwing supplements in them.My routine is that at breakfast, I take 2 Fish oil capsules, Magnesium ( for leg cramps), Quercetin (helps your immune system), a Hair Skin Nail pill and Olive Leaf Extract.
In my morning smoothie ( celery, beetroot, frozen berries) I add Maca powder and some greens powder ( I am not great at eating green vegetables).
At my night meal - Powdered Calcium ( from seaweed), Vit D3 and K2, Vit C.
