Vitamins & Supplements | Pad Patter 7.13.23

My routine is that at breakfast, I take 2 Fish oil capsules, Magnesium ( for leg cramps), Quercetin (helps your immune system), a Hair Skin Nail pill and Olive Leaf Extract.
In my morning smoothie ( celery, beetroot, frozen berries) I add Maca powder and some greens powder ( I am not great at eating green vegetables).

At my night meal - Powdered Calcium ( from seaweed), Vit D3 and K2, Vit C.
You have a very good routine Anne-Marie. I like to eat spinach smoothies so I should start throwing supplements in them.
 
I'm terrible at remembering to take any supplements but I do try to take a multi B vitamin, zinc and magnesium fairly regularly.
 
I take several - vegan omega 3, b12, D, A, E, Magnesium, Calcium, c, zinc, elderberry, & iron - last blood work showed I am good on everything but vitamin D could boost - so I am double dosing D and getting more sun.

I have a nifty pill keeper

I recommend having your bloodwork done to see what you may be low on...

The only thing I do regularly is add some collagen to my coffee in the morning.

I get an annual check-up every year with blood work and everything always looks good...so I figure I'm okay?!?
