Since the Sinterklaas thread had such great result, I'm just gonna take a chance and post this.

I would LOOOOVE a kit/journal cards/word arts/whatever about being vegetarian or vegan. I am a vegetarian (no meat but still dairy and eggs) and in January I'm gonna do "Veganuary" (ie no dairy and eggs too).

I have several kits with veggies, but those are more about gardening. Also I have a couple of kits about salads, but that's not the same thing. Being vegetarian is more than eating veggies. LOL

Just some brainstorm for images and wordarts:
vegan, vegetarian, plant based, veganuary, tofu, legumes, beans, veggies, meatless, dairyfree, crueltyfree, happy pigs/chickens/cows, falafel, B12, food items.

Some phrases:
Meatless Mondays
Protein sources
For the animals
For the planet
For my health
Powered by plants

Just from the top of my head as I'm typing, I'm sure there are much more ideas. Lots of funny things too, like "Vegetarian - not because I love animals, but because I hate plants" and "Vegetarian: Ancient word for 'bad hunter' "

I would definitely buy a vegan themed kit. It should have adorable animals like pigs, cows, and chickens, and a rainbow of colorful veggies, beans, lentils, mushrooms, and tofu. And cartons of soy, oat, and almond milks.

I do have a kit with one bean element, a scatter, that I've used a few times. I like that it has a tortilla in it too because I make a lot of veggie burritos. I often use a spinach tortilla though.


I was just looking at some vegan memes on Facebook this morning but I'm struggling to find them again. I did find this one.

I did a whole food plant based diet for about 2 years - so essentially vegan plus clean eating. While I am not 100% veggie / vegan, most of our diet is very heavily plant based. I could totally see a vegetarian / vegan kit working great for something hybrid like recipe cards or cookbook pages too!

Thank you Christa! I thought I had a sticker style, but couldn't find it. I just winged it, and I think it turned out ok.
